Frieda Greenthal is a UMD senior and interns in the Women's Studies Department in Woods Hall. Greenthal does research and plans events for the department. She has her own office, but also likes to work in the department's library because it is full of books about influential women that inspire her. She thinks her work is important because her events educate people and start important conversations about women and feminism.
