Potter, Assignment #2

This is Noreen Potter. Potter worked as a florist for over 20 years before switching industries. Potter focused on keeping her family fed by cooking in the kitchen, making sure everyone came home to a home-cooked meal. In retirement, Potter took up the card game of bridge and played it weekly with her fellow retirees. Potter usually wins most of the time against her opponents, which gives her the nickname amongst her opponents, "The Queen". I think a story like this can be a life story about a resilient mother, grandmother, and hardworking person, written by a local, smaller paper like the Leisure World Weekly.
