For Assignment #11, I chose to take pictures of people enjoying the Wharf, from restaurants to concerts to watching the sunset. I tried to take a mix of general landscape photos, close-ups of families and friends, and other diverse shots, like the over-the-shoulder in Photo #2. I attempted to use strategies we learned in class, like leading lines, in some of pictures, like Photo #1 and Photo #3. These pictures could be used in a newspaper or magazine based in Washington D.C., highlighting the Wharf and its features.
