I photographed Maryland Day, which is a celebration of all things UMD that brings together families, students, alumni and community members. My angle on this set of photos are the people who attended. This has journalistic merit because it is one of the biggest events UMD hosts among the campus community. A news outlet that would be interested in running this would be any campus news publication, like The Diamondback.
