Assignment #5. Pierce

 A tourist is dwarfed by a Galapagos tortoise on the island of Santa Cruz. This tortoise is 70 years old, older than any of the tourists who were around him at the time of this photo.
 A skylight on the ceiling of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. brings natural light into the building. The original building was constructed in 1937. 
 A large chandelier exhibit hangs in the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. The chandelier consumes the entire space around it with only room for observers to walk underneath. 
 Flying over Washington, D.C. at night shows the grid system of the city. Even at night, the monuments are illuminated and easily visible from the sky. 
The skylights on the rooftop of the National Gallery of Art in Washington, D.C. flood light into the building. The modern art section is bright and filled with natural light. 
The sun sets over the city from the rooftop of the Eaton Hotel in Washington, D.C. The hotel was hosting dermatologists and journalists for an event attended by companies such as Vogue.
