Michael O'Shea is a freshman journalism major, but is most passionate about creative writing. As a journalism student, they've freelanced for The Diamondback and written assignments for class. In high school they were in charge of the school's literary magazine, where they both wrote and designed the magazine. They are also interested in theater, and they're planning to perform in a student production this semester here at UMD.
