Jaden Beaubrun is a sophomore at the University of Maryland studying information sciences. He started lifting his sophomore year of highschool because he wanted to better himself. He believes it helped him better himself because it allowed him to become more disciplined and determined in all aspects of his life. "I feel like if I don't go to the gym then I did not have a good day," he said.
