 As a portrait/landscape photographer, I would want to invest in the following:

Reason - I have always had a preference for Canon, and the Canon Mark Series is known for their 4K quality and ability to shoot in even minimal light. This would allow portraits to range from dark and moody to golden hour or broad daylight. They also have a rapid shooting speed for candid moments. 

Canon EOS 6D Mark II (body only:)

Reason - The 6D provides somewhat similar benefits to the Mark IV, but it is also wifi enabled. An extra camera body is never a bad thing.

Reason - This lens allows for portraits that are a bit more up close and personal, with high aperture and dust and water resistance. This would also be the cheaper version and I would be willing to take this one into harsher conditions.

Reason - This longer focus lens would not distort the surroundings of the subject in the portrait and would allow a maximum aperture.

Reason - This lens would allow for shots from far away, which would be ideal for landscape situations such as wildlife and mountain ranges.

Reason - This tripod has a 360 degree ball head and swivel. This allows full range of motion even when attached to a stabilization device.
