I stopped my dad mid drive home in the freezing cold and I had no coat and I said dad can I borrow your phone and take this picture please. Yeah. yep.

I was thinking about this before class and I went out after class and was like ok let's do this. It's like right outside Knight Hall.

 Photos from the old Seneca Creek Stone Cutting Mill along the C&0 Canal near Wiley's Lock House. Stones from the quarry just up the Potomac River were cut her, floated down the canal and used to build the Smithsonian Castle. The mill is now abandoned. The US Park Service is working to acquire the property and restore the mill and surrounding area.
